BELONIA, March 9 (TIWN): The 89th battalion Border Security Force (BSF) seized a huge consignment of phensedyl valued Rs 2 lakh at sidhi nagar under P.R. Bari police station, here on Sunday.

Acting on a tip-off a team led by inspector of 89th battalion Border Security Force (BSF) Subash Chandra conducted a search operation in sidhi nagar under P.R. Bari police station. During the search operation the team found 1500 bottles of phensedyl valued Rs 2 lakh from a max car bearing number TR03-A-2910 which was proceeding towards Akinpur from Belonia.

The driver of the vehicle managed to escape from the spot during the search operation.
