KAILASAHAR, March 8 (TIWN): The first of its kind where central govt. allocated fund, the Ayush hospital at Kailasahar is all set to start its services from the month of April, 2015. Tripura is among the six states of the country where the central govt. allotted fund for building the hospital. The construction of the building has been completed, while it started in November 28, 2003.
50 bedded Ayush hospitals with indoor services is going to start its services from the month of April at Kailasahar. However, but the works of electrification and sanitation has not yet completed, although the construction work started at November 28, 2003, with the central govt. allotted a fund of Rs. 9 crore for the construction of the building. The construction work of the hospital was being conducted under the Rural Development department.
It is mentionable here that Ayurvedic and Homeopathic doctors would provide service at the hospital. Besides, it is expected that the patients from the North, Unakoti and Dhalai district would be benefitted from the 50 bedded Ayush hospitals. Meanwhile, special services would also be provided for the mothers and the children at the newly constructed building, with special equipments for message for panchakarma treatment with medicinal plants.
