AGARTALA, March 3 (TIWN): The Madhyamik examinations, conducted by the Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE), began in the state today.
As many as 25, 149 male and 23, 940 candidates of 924 schools appeared in Madhyamik examinations while Madhyamik examination would be held in 75 centers across the state. Percentage of Madhyamik candidates has been hiked by 5.67% compared to the previous year.
A total of 24 centers for Madhyamik examinations have been opened in Agartala. The Tripura Board of Secondary Education would make effort to announce the results of both Higher Secondary and Madhyamik examination by June 10. President of Tripura Board of Secondary Education- Mihir Deb informed to the reporters at Board office premises earlier.
However the examination today started from 12 noon and would continue till 3:15 pm with first language subject (Optional paper). While the examination would end on March 28, 2015.
