UDAIPUR, February 25(TIWN): Magistrate Bulti Debnath today sent rapist cum Hyena teacher Chandan Paul to 14 days of Jail Custody for raping a minor girl cum his own student reading in School.

It is to be mentioned here that Chandan Paul of Maghpushkarini School ruthlessly raped a minor girl of class -V and as per the complaints lodged by her parents Kakraban Police arrested him on Tuesday afternoon. Today the culprit was produced before the Ejlas of Bulti Debnath and immediately the Magistrate rejected his bail plea and sent him to 14 days jail custody.

 Magistrate asked the police to investigate in the incident and produce the charge sheet immediately. Police registered a case against Chandan Paul under Section 376(A) (F) and Section 120 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Harassment Act of 2012.
