AGARTALA, Jan 18 (TIWN): Fearing questions that will be raised by Tipra Motha party MLAs, might be rejected before raising in the Feb. Assembly session — Tipra Motha MLA Ranjit Debbarma met the Governor Indra Sena Nallu on Sunday. According to Debbarma, he wanted to raise the issue in the Assembly last time also but since the questions were rejected, he decided to reach out to the Governor.
"The ultimate decision will be taken by the Speaker, but the Governor would still convey solidarity with our demand for acceptance of the questions," Debbarma said.
According to the Tipra Motha leader, there are pending TTAADC bills which were not cleared.
The comment received from the Tipra Motha MLA amid CM Manik Saha is claiming over Rs. 6000 crores were sanctioned for ADC.
