AGARTALA, Nov 5 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha rejected the idea that says, BJP Govt has its hand in delaying the Village Committee election.

Reacting to the media, CM clearly stated, whether election will happen now or late, BJP government has no influence on this.

Saha slammed the critics who are accusing the BJP government for stopping the election even after the tenure ended long back.

CM said the government is talking to the state election office too but ultimately it’s on the election commission who ultimately decides election dates.
