AGARTALA, Oct 20 (TIWN): The Khowai police have detained three individuals suspected to be Bangladeshi nationals in connection with the seizure of Bangladeshi currency and goods.

 The incident occurred at the Khowai Nripen Chakraborty Avenue area.

The detained individuals have been identified as Hriday Das, Nixon Das, and Nikita Das. During a search operation, the police recovered Bangladeshi currency and various goods from their possession. The police are currently investigating the matter to determine the authenticity of their claims and the purpose of their presence in the area. Further investigation is underway to ascertain the details of the case.
