AGARTALA, Oct 8 (TIWN): Trinamool MP Sayani Ghosh who is visiting Tripura along with Trinamool delegations after Agartala Trinamool head office was vandalized by BJP supporters on Tuesday night, said democracy is now dead in Tripura.

"What happened in West Bengal, our Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee looked at that with humanity. She visited the attacked MP But here, Tripura is fully changed. Tripura was never like this before," she said. "Democracy is dead in Tripura. No constitutional rule is applicable here."

Sayani Ghosh was one of the attacked Trinamool leaders in Tripura during BJP's first term.
