AGARTALA, Oct 2 (TIWN): Bijaya Dashami was celebrated in Tripura marking the end of Durga puja festival for 2025. Though maximum clubs won't immerse the idols on Thursday due to heavy rush of idols and also aiming to holding the celebration for long, but temples and households who organized Durga puja have immersed the idols, maintaining the traditional rituals.
WATCH : On the occasion of Bijaya Dashami, devotees offered prayers at Agartala Durga Bari.
At Agartala Dashamighat, Durga idols were decked up for immersion, with large number of crowd amid the presence of security personnel was observed.
Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha was also seen with famly at Dashamighat for his family organized Durga puja rituals which was started by his forefathered before a century.
