AGARTALA, Sep 23 (TIWN): The Tipra Motha party submitted a memorandum to Prasenjit Seal, the in-charge of Aralia Gram Panchayat in Charilam block, alleging that its workers and supporters are being denied various benefits and facilities provided by the panchayat.
The party's leaders, including Nazirul Islam Juton Hossain, claimed that despite being part of the government, Tipra Motha supporters are facing discrimination in the distribution of panchayat benefits. They demanded that the panchayat authorities take immediate action to address their grievances and ensure that their supporters are not deprived of their rightful benefits.
The development highlights the growing concerns of bias and discrimination in the allocation of panchayat resources, with Tipra Motha demanding greater transparency and accountability from the authorities.
