Tripura MLA Files Police Complaint Over Death Threats

AGARTALA, Sep 2 (TIWN): Kanchanpur MLA Philip Kumar Reang has filed a police complaint at NCC PS on Tuesday, alleging that he received life threats from four individuals, including one Pratik Debbarma.
According to Reang, the incident occurred on Monday night when Debbarma and three others allegedly threatened him with dire consequences while under the influence of alcohol.
Reang stated that he was forced to lodge a formal complaint with the police due to the severity of the threats. The matter is currently under investigation.
