AGARTALA, Aug 28 (TIWN): In connection with Pratapgarh Trinath temple loot incident police arrested 11 persons, including one minor. Each of the arrested persons is now in jail custody, according to police. Apart from the arrests, five more persons were arrested for a theft in Banamalipur. The arrested persons are : Prasanta Debbarma (24), resident of Uajan Abhoynagar, Pabitra Debbarma (25), resident of North Banamalipur, Kamal Debbarma (24), of North Banamalipur and Tapan Debbarma (21), of Lalbahadur Chowmuhani and one more. Police could also recover two golden chains, one silver chain, five golden leaves, and a locket from the accused persons. SP West Namit Pathak informed media that more 11 persons were booked by police in a separate theft case connected to Pratapgarh Trinathpur temple loot incident.
