AGARTALA, Aug 22 (TIWN): Even after Tipra Motha supremo Pradyot Debbarma slammed BJP Minister Bikash Debbarma, the Minister refrained from talking against the alliance party’s supremo. Talking to the media, Bikash Debbarma said that he went to Delhi, met the Union Home Minister Amit Shah there, and after the meeting what was discussed, he said after reaching MBB Airport.
The Minister further said that under BJP government, ADC will be given more power and development will flourish.
“He (Pradyot Debbarma) did not take my name. So I won’t comment about it,” said Debbarma over Pradyot Debbarma’s Facebook live video, where he said Bikash Debbarma’s claim about the implementation of the 125th Amendment Bill was a lie.
“We work as instruction comes from Delhi, but I would not say anything against Pradyot Debbarma. Also, I do not have anything against him,” the Minister added.
Bikash Debbarma, however, slammed CPI-M, saying it is the party that has kept ADC behind development for decades.
The Minister further commented that the BJP has organizational strength in ADC and the party is confident to excel in the election.
