Union Home Minister to visit Tripura on Feb 14

Agartala, Feb 10 (TIWN): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh is scheduled to visit Tripura on Feb 14 as part of North East tour taking stock of security situation , rise of insurgent activities.
Home Minister and his delegation is scheduled to land at 10am at Agartala from Imphal. Home Minister Rajnath Singh will meet Governor P.B Achariya upon his arrival.
Home Minister will visit BSF Border Outpost and meet Chief Minister Manik Sarkar,Chief Secretary G. Kameshwar Rao, DGP K.Nagraj, BSF IG B.N.Sharma and other officials. Rajnath Singh will be accompanied by MHA and BSF, Assam Rifles officials.
Home Minister Rajnath Singh earlier visitied Tripura in the capacity of BJP President after bomb blasts at Maharajganj Bazar few years back.
