Agartala, Aug 2 (TIWN): In a shocking incident, a motorcycle was stolen from the premises of Madhupur Hospital, raising serious concerns about the security arrangements at the healthcare facility. The stolen motorcycle belonged to Tinku Das, a local resident who had purchased the bike just six months ago.
According to reports, Das had parked his motorcycle under a shed within the hospital premises, but when he returned, he found that the bike was missing. Despite the presence of security personnel and CCTV cameras, the thieves managed to break the lock and steal the motorcycle.
This incident has sparked questions about the effectiveness of the hospital's security measures, particularly given the recent allegations of liquor consumption by hospital staff and previous incidents of theft in the area. The hospital's management has come under scrutiny, with many demanding answers about how such incidents can occur despite the presence of security personnel and CCTV cameras.
The victim, Tinku Das, has filed a complaint with the Madhupur police, who have initiated an investigation into the matter. The police are yet to determine whether the theft was an inside job or the work of external thieves. The incident has left Das feeling helpless, and he is now pinning his hopes on the police to recover his stolen motorcycle.
