BISHALGARH, Aug 2 (TIWN): Bishalgarh police conducted a major operation, destroying over one lakh of Ganja plantation on river bank in Gajaria. The cultivator could not be identified as the nurturing was done on a riverbank, not on private property. Bishalgarh Police Station OC Bijoy Das warned everyone linked with illegal Ganja farming, stating, “Legal actions against such culprits will be taken in the future.”
The OC told the media that police conducted the operation, trusting a secret source’s information, and successfully destroyed all plants there.
Police started an investigation to find out who are involved in this activity.
