The burglars allegedly stole cash and valuables worth a significant amount from a residence while the family members were away.

 

The incident occurred when the family members of Rakhal Pal's house had gone to the nearby Chaitanya Ashram. Upon their return, they found that the window net had been cut, and the house had been ransacked. The burglars made off with around Rs 10,000 to Rs 11,000 in cash, gold ornaments and other valuable items.

 

The police were informed, and they reached the spot soon after. The incident has raised questions about the effectiveness of the police security system in the area. The family members are now waiting to see if the police will take any action to recover the stolen items and apprehend the culprits.
