SABROOM, May 23 (TIWN): In a shocking incident, elder brother allegedly killed his younger sister, who was nine years old. The rare crime incident happened in Nalsing Sardar Para, under Manu constituency in Sabroom subdivision. Police arrested Sahel Tripura (18) and also booked his mother, Sabita Tripura (37), as a suspect. However, Sabita Tripura was released after a primary inquiry. It was reported that Sahel Tripura accepted his crime, and after interrogation, he was produced before the court by police. South Tripura SP Namit Pathak told the media that the suspect was arrested based on evidence, and further investigations are going on.
