AGARTALA, April 28 (TIWN): Many candidates alleged that TET question papers were complicated, and they are upset after writing the exams. A science candidate said some questions were out of the syllabus. “I put my soul into preparing for the test, but seeing the question paper was just heartbreaking,” said another candidate.
TET examinations were held on Saturday in all districts of Tripura.
Talking to the media, TRBT chairman Pratyosh Ranjan Deb said the exams were held in all districts as per schedule and set routine.
He also informed, the exams went well except in a very few centers where some candidates reached late and, as per guidelines, they were not allowed to write the tests.
“Total exam centers are 119 in 8 districts. The total number of candidates was 35,148. Each candidate was instructed to arrive by 10 AM, and it was also said that at 11 AM the gates would be closed,” said Deb.
“Some candidates who were asked to come at 10 AM reached after 11 AM. Instructions were written on their admit cards and also the same were circulated through four newspapers, was broadcast on TV channels,” said Deb.
