On Monday, vehicles were seen crossing through waterlogged areas, while the public expressed frustration over the uncleaned drains.

"The government must clean the drains. It's all due to governmental inaction. If they had cleared the drains before the monsoon, the situation could have been better," said an elderly man.

Pedestrians were seen crossing the road through knee-deep water in the early morning to make it to work on time.
