Stressing the possibility of kidney-transplant operations in the state, Dr. Saha said, the government is focussing on developing the infrastructure for this.

“Any such organ transplant needs a well-set-up of infrastructure. I also talked to companies to take charge of this," he said.

"Once the infrastructure is improved, then any organ transplant will be possible in Tripura,” added the Chief Minister.
