The incident happened in Charilam, when groups of people entered the housewife’s house and attacked her.

On the other hand, a man was also beaten up in a separate place who was suspected as the woman’s boyfriend.

The injured man was taken to Bishalgarh Hospital.

Bishalgarh police did not arrest any of the locals, but rather detained the speculated boyfriend of the housewife.
