AGARTALA, Feb 10 (TIWN): Teaching job aspirants who attempted to meet the chief minister once again on Monday and failed, broke down in tears.
This time, a rare scene was witnessed when a woman job aspirant touched a cop’s feet when they came to arrest them.
The STGT job aspirants have been trying to meet the chief minister for the last three years but did not get an appointment.
Less than two weeks back, the same group’s youth were taken by police, when they reached CM residence areas. Today, they gathered to meet him once again but when they reached Laxmi Narayan Bari, they were stopped and then apprehended by police.
Many job aspirants rolled in tears amid the protests and ongoing arrests.
