AGARTALA, Nov 20 (TIWN): BJP’s Bordowali division paid tribute to martyr Subhankar Bhowmik who sacrificed his life on duty at Siachen in Jammu and Kashmir.
The party members lighted candles in honor of the brave soul.
Bhowmik’s dead body was brought to Tripura today.
At Agartala MBB Aiport, CM Dr. Manik Saha and Governor Indra Sena Nallu received the dead body and paid floral tributes.
Siachen martyred Subhankar Bhowmik is a resident of Amarpur subdivision of Tripura.
The resident of Birganj Panchayat of Amarpur died in Jammu and Kashmir's Siachen in Galesia area.
