SABROOM, Nov 7 (TIWN): Various agricultural equipment, spray machines and water pump sets were distributed among the farmers in the community hall of Satchand, Sabroom.

Satchand Agri Sub-Division Officer Manohar Das said that Rs 4 lakh 98 thousand was paid by Satchand Panchayat Samiti.

In the presence of Satchand Panchayat Samiti Agriculture Standing Committee President Subrata Debnath, Satchand Agri Sub-Division Superintendent Manohar Das and other officials of the department held a discussion meeting with the farmers. In this discussion meeting how farmers can earn more profit by farming was discussed.

At the end of the discussion, spray machines and pump sets were distributed to all the beneficiary farmers emerging from the panchayat.
