Reportedly, few BSF jawans from 43 Bn developed an argument with a local named Alok Saha and then they kidnapped him, beaten him up.

According to Alok Saha, the argument erupted after the BSF jawans asked him to purchase alcohol for them and he refused.

After taking him to BSF camp, he was allegedly tortured.

Alok Saha was later handed over to police with false accusations, alleged Alok Saha.

Severe injury marks were found on Alok Saha’s body at Belonia hospital, from where he was referred to Santir Bazar hospital.
