AGARTALA, Oct 15 (TIWN): After the shocking stabbing incident took place in Melarmath mobile showroom on Tuesday, SP West Kiran Kumar while interacting with the media said, the attacker most likely a customer. However, he also said the the attacked might be a worker but nothing is clear yet. A violent video of the stabbing was recovered from the CCTV footage when the attacker was constantly stabbing on the shop owner Shankar Saha’s face. SP told media that both the attacked person and the attacker are in serious condition, as the locals also manhandled the attacker after the incident.Some video footage which was captured by eyewitnesses it was seen people around were screaming and the man was stabbing continuously. Two police officials took the courage to enter the shop amid the man was holding the knife.

The incident happened in Agartala’s Melarmath area at Manada Electronics shop.

Eyewitnesses said, “Suddenly a young boy entered the shop and stabbed him.”

“Nobody knows him and the reason behind this incident is also unknown,” he added.

SP visited the hospital to check the health condition of the attacker and the attacked person.
