SABROOM, Oct 15 (TIWN): In a shocking incident, a 38 years old man has complained of being tortured by police in Sabroom, Manu Police station.
The injured person has been identified as Badal Tripura (38).
He was arrested with theft allegations.
Severe spots were found on his body.
