KHOWAI, Oct 1 (TIWN): Khowai police in the last 72 hours destroyed over 1 lakh of Ganja plants.

Khowai SP Ramesh Yadav told the media that along with plant destruction, police were also able to seize vehicles.

Also, 5 youths who are not residents of Tripura could be arrested. NDPS cases were lodged against them.

The operations took place in various places.

Teliamura PS and Mungiakami PS police collaborated on the raids.
