After interrogating him, East Agartala police arrested three more persons named -- Bijoy Das, Daideep Deb and Raju Pal. They are residents of Teliamura and Agartala.

SDPO Debaprasad Roy said, now police will delve deeper and find out more information including where the vehicle was modified. The seized items were found in a secret chamber of the truck.

The seizure took place on Saturday in Chandrapur, Agartala when the vehicle was moving towards Meghalaya.

Police raided the truck after being informed through a secret source that a vehicle with Nagaland’s number-plate suspiciously moving in the area. East Agartala Police rushed to the spot and conducted a search operation.

All the accused persons have been produced before the court by police with police remand appeal.
