TELIAMURA, Sep 9 (TIWN): A house was looted by thieves in Teliamura, Joynagar area in the broad daylight.

The house owner Shankar Das who is byprofession is a hotel owner who was not at home.

Taking the opportunity, thieves entered his home and took away all gold ornaments, and cash.

Shankar Das everyday goes to his hotel in day time and returns at night but on Monday when he returned, he found his house was looted.

A police case was registered after the incident.
