AGARTALA, Sep 9 (TIWN): Tripura’s 60% college students failed in the second semester which has sparked protests across colleges.
On Monday, students of Rabindranath Thakur college in Bishalgarh blocked road in front of their college protesting mass-fail.
“We are not fail-candidates. I mean, we can’t fail. But not in one paper but in all papers they failed many of us,” said an agitating student.
The students demanded they should be promoted to the 3rd semester even if with back papers assuring, they will clear the back then.
