One person received critical injuries on Thursday after a deadly road accident occurred in Santir Bazar, near the Santir Bazar new bridge area.

Local people said, the accident happened after two bikes hit each other, although, Fire Brigade team and police could not recover any bike from the accident spot.

The injured person has been identified as Jayanta Debnath.

However, police could not confirm the cause of the death.
