He stated, as a Hindu everyone should come forward and protest against it.

The post came amid recently some miscreants burnt minority Muslim community’s home in Ranir Bazar after Goddess Kali idol was vandalized by unknown people.

Earlier when Congress protested against the nuisance created in Ranir Bazar, BJP requested opposition to stay silent and to maintain the harmony of the society which is flood-affected.

Amid such an approach by the BJP, Tripura BJP Minister Sudhansgu Das’s post sparked criticism which without any evidence targeting the minority for Hindu temple vandalism in Ranir Bazar.

However, the post is now deleted and not seen on Minister Sudhannsgu Das’s Facebook page.

Congress demanded immediate resignation of the Minister from the cabinet.
