The arrest took place after out of suspicion police interrogated a vehicle driver at Churaibari Naka point. Then after searches the Ganja stocks were found.

On Saturday a vehicle bearing number AS25FC-3529 was going towards Guwahati. After it came at Churaibari checkpost, police raided the vehicle.

Total 4 Kg Ganja was seized from the vehicle, said OC-Khokon Saha.

Vehicle driver Mh. Jahangir Alam, S/O-Julash Ali, resident of Assam and his assistant Billal Hossain, S/O-Shahjahan Ali was arrested.
