UDAIPUR, February 3 (TIWN): In less than 24 hours after Jharna Debnath lodged a complaint against her son Rakesh Debnath for murdering his father Arjun Debnath Radhakishorepur Police station arrested Rakesh and produced before the court. After hearing the appeal of the police Magistrate granted two days of police remand.

 It is to be mentioned that late at Sunday midnight a person namely Arjun Debnath(50) was know killed by his son Rakesh, who strangulated him.

But soon after committing the crime Rakesh escaped from his house. And on Monday his mother Jharna Debnath lodged a complaint a case in the R K Pur police station claiming her son to be the murderer. And last night at around 11.30pm police,  acting on a secret information arrested him from Sonamura Sub Division from his maternal uncle's house. Today when police produced him before the CJM Court, CJM Biswajit Palit sent Rakesh to two days of police remand.
