Complaining against them that they are illegally collecting the money, a faction has lodged an FIR against three members: Sujit Debnath, Abhijit Biswas, and Shankar Deb.

According to the complainants, the other group is collecting money from various government department employees in cash saying there is a conference ahead, whereas the fund collection was asked to be done through a bank account.

“No program has been fixed but in the name of an upcoming program, they are illegally and unethically collecting money. We have complained to the police officer about it. We expect stern action would be taken against them,” said one of the complainants.
