NEW DELHI, July 3 (TIWN): Citing various past instances, Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused Congress party as the biggest enemy of the constitution and anti-dalit (schedule cast). During PM Modi’s speech, the Congress and the opposition walked out of the Parliament today and then addressed the media, reading out what was RSS’s remark against the Indian constitution. Accusing Congress to make Mallikarjun Kharge (who is a SC) as the President of the party to shield the Congress family of Nehru-Gandhi from being blamed for the Lok Sabha poll defeat.

“I do not understand the reason behind Congress’s happiness amid its defeat. Is it on a hat trick of defeats, having got out in the nervous 90s or on another unsuccessful launch? Even Kharge ji seemed excited. But I think he has served his party a lot. He has stood up as a wall so the brunt of the defeat does not go where it should. Congress has had this tradition – a Dalit is propped up to take the blame for the defeat, and the family escapes,” said PM Modi.

Walking out of the Parliament, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge said, “PM Modi is a habitual liar and that’s what he has done in the parliament today. His remark is an insult to the Dalit.”

“We walked out from the House because the PM was speaking some wrong things during the reply to the motion of thanks. His habit is to lie, mislead people and speak against the truth. I just asked him that he did not make the Constitution and they were against it. I just wanted to clarify who was for Constitution and who was against it….They opposed the Constitution. They have been against it since the beginning and they say that they are for it. Now they are saying that we are against it.”

Kharge also quoted RSS chief in 1949 about how he opposed the constitution of India.

According to Kharge, Ambedkar had given the credit for drafting the Constitution to Congress.

“I just wanted to clarify who was for the Constitution and who was against it. RSS wrote in their editorial in 1950 that the bad thing about the Constitution is that there is nothing about India's history. They opposed the Constitution. They are against it since the beginning and they say that they are for it,” the Congress leader added.
