AGARTALA / DHARMANAGAR, July 3 (TIWN): In a shocking incident, students were allegedly beaten up inside the school after they organized a protest in the Dharmanagar subdivision in the North District of Tripura.
The students of a government school, on Tuesday were agitating against teachers’ crisis problems in front of their school.
WATCH : Allegations were raised for attacking students physically by entering school.
It was seen that some BJP leaders reached the spot and were threatening the agitating students.
The student later withdrew from the road blockade and went to school. Some miscreants entered the school and punished them by beating them up.
Many students were hospitalized and one of them was referred to GB hospital for better treatment.
Opposition student wing members visited GB hospital and condemned attacks on students.
