‘Transparent Governance is our Target’ : Tripura CM

AGARTALA, July 1 (TIWN): Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said his government aims to provide a transparent government.
CM said this after unveiling the E-Panchayat first ever in the state.
The Chief Minister on Monday inaugurated E-Panchayat in the presence of Minister Pranajit Singha Roy and the Secretaries of the departments.
On the occasion, CM said, under this process offices 587 gram panchayat, 579 village committee office, 4 district panchayats, 4 PRTIs, 35 panchayat samilty, 40 block advisory committee, 8 jila parishad have been covered.
“Our aim is to provide a transparent government. Transparency comes first and that has led us to start e-cabinet, e-secretariat before,” said CM.
