AGARTALA, June 24 (TIWN): Due to the alleged negligence of the electricity department, a wild elephant died in Tripura.
The incident happened in Matrangibari area of Amarpur-Udaipur road.
It died after being contacted by an electric wire.
This elephant died after hitting the ST line which is about 8 feet above the ground.
