AGARTALA, June 21 (TIWN): A man named Manik Saha (60) tragically drowned to death in a pond.

The incident happened in the Sekerkot Darogabari area.

According to family, like everyday he went to take bath in the pond but after a long time when he did not return, his wife went to look for him and found her husband floating in the water.

Neighbors rushed after hearing the woman's screaming and rushed him to GBP Hospital. On duty doctor declared him dead after checking him.
