Tripura Govt to move Supreme Court challenging High Court’s order on Anganwadi Workers’ gratuity

AGARTALA, June 20 (TIWN): Amid Tripura Anganwadi workers are demanding gratuity that was approved by Tripura High Court, Tripura Government to move to Supreme Court challenging the High Court’s order.
Minister Tinku Roy confirmed this on Thursday.
On June 3rd Tripura High Court had given a verdict saying, “Anganwadi centers fall within ambit of “Establishment” Under Gratuity Act.
