The connectivity was installed recently and the first ever train has reached directly from Shealdah to Sabroom for the first time today.

Talking to media, one passenger said, “I have come from Shealdah. Earlier, I used to take two trains to reach Sabroom but now it’s great that I did not have to change the train in Agartala and directly reached in Sabroom.”
