Local people said, the matter is concerning because the bridge was closed because it needed repairing but without repairing it has been opened.

“As the bridge is opened, naturally public are using it to cross the path but danger prevails of any major accident,” said a local.

The incident happened in Sonamura, on the Gomati River.
