AGARTALA, June 7 (TIWN): Acting on a tip-off, Amtali police station arrested a person named Abu Salam Bhuiyan from Mati Nagar area this morning.

Police could recover a large quantity of yaba tablets along with a pistol from him and brought him to Amtali police station.

West District Superintendent of Police Dr. Kiran Kumar presented detailed information while facing the media.
