AGARTALA, June 6 (TIWN): The traffic system was paralyzed in Narayanpur after protests erupted in the area.
The incident happened in Narayanpur, VIP Line area of Agartala Narshingraph, near Usha Bazar, one of the busiest roads towards the only Airport of Tripura. Local people alleged, they were cut off from power connectivity for three days.
Centering the incident, police personnel rushed to the spot and talked to the locals.
The agitated people said they won’t leave the road until the problem is solved.
Tripura has been witnessing heavy protests due to increasing protests against power cut.
TSECL which was privatized in recent years though increased the billing party, burdening the common men, and the services were not improved.
