“We are now tired of that because no outcome of our requests is seen. So many times, we visited the office seeking relief from three major problems. We do not have proper roadway connectivity. Once the power goes, week after week it is not restored. As a result, there is no water services in the locality. We want a relief from that. We have to spend our own money to repair the road. With few splashes of rain, the road becomes muddy and no vehicle can pass through it,” said a local.

The road is partially brick soiled and in some places, no brick was even found. Locals said, that when the road is damaged, nobody comes from the government side, and seeing no option they repair it sometimes with their own money.

“Before election so many leaders visit us but after the election, nobody is seen. Weekly 4 to 5 days, the area is cut off from electric services but electric bills are coming every month crossing over Rs. 700 to Rs. 800,” he said.

The villagers further said, there is no central scheme like Atal Jal Dhara mission, and as a result, the area is suffering due to water crisis problems. Local panchayat always assures them their problems will be addressed but so far no solution has come in this matter.
