KAILASHAHAR, April 18 (TIWN): Kailashahar District Hospital was cut off electricity services for the whole day causing massive trouble to the patients. Due to a power outage, on April 17 evening, CITI-scan, Dialysis services are closed fully. Since Wednesday evening, when the power cut started, the hospital authority tried to contact the electric office but they could not connect to the office initially. Later Sai Computer officials visited the hospital but could not fix it till night 8 pm.
On the next day, till noon, nobody from the Sai Computer visited the office.
Due to the power disruption, health services have been badly affected in the hospital.
Two patients were found in the dialysis center, suffering breathing suffocations.
Later hundred litres of diesel were purchased for the emergency services.
Patient parties have expressed heavy resentment over the situation.Due to powercut water services were also disrupted causing troubles for the patient parties at toilet, bathroom.
