AGARTALA, March 29 (TIWN): Prime Minister Narendra Modi is making India corruption-free, said Tripura CM Dr Manik Saha while addressing in a rally in Jirania. “Earlier any Govt came to power, leaders used to loot the country. Scams and scams hit the nation but now PM Modi says, he is the Chowkidar (guide) and his govt is not involved in scams and also does not allow anyone to indulge in scams,” said Dr Manik Saha.
The chief minister was addressing at Jirania in a campaigning that was organized for West Tripura Lok Sabha seat.
“Rs. 2000 social pension is given only in Tripura and no other state govt in India could provide such a high amount of social pension. When I go to Delhi and all states’ CM sit together, they express their surprise over the Rs. 2000 social pension system in Tripura.CM Jana Arogya Yojana has been bringing a change to the health services,” he said.
CM was advising his party workers to focus on the good works of the govt and try to propagate those works among the people, instead of depending on violence before election.
The chief minister asked party workers to keep faith in voters.
